Americans under 65 (U65) are able to enroll in Medicare due to disability or ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease). Some states require that you need to receive disability benefits for at least two years before you can enroll in Medicare. If you qualify for Medicare then you MAY also be able to enroll in Medigap to get additional coverage.
